We are looking for an enthusiastic speech and language therapist, with experience and a passion for supporting children, young people and their families; you will need to demonstrate that you have excellent communication and people skills, an understanding of the diverse needs of children and young people and strong clinical skills in working with early years children. Experience of working with families from a wide variety of backgrounds and understanding of the value of integrated services is essential. In line with our commitment to impact based working you will need to demonstrate that you are committed to putting the interest of the child at the heart of your actions. You will be expected to act as an ambassador for our service and be calm and confident dealing with challenging situations, and collaborate across a multi-disciplinary team communicating with various parties to ensure that we deliver a seamless service.
