We are looking for an exceptional and enthusiastic Paediatric Sister/Charge Nurse to join us on a permanent basis at Bupa's flagship hospital.
You will be leading the Starfish Ward, a 15 bedded ward seeing a wide variety of both inpatient and day case patients ranging from medical admissions, neurophysiology testing and a wide variety of surgical admissions. You will gain experience caring for children across a wide range of specialities whilst here with the support of an extensive MDT team including paediatric therapists and health play specialists.
We will look to you to provide leadership, to develop our nurses professionally, to uphold our values and to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.

If you would like to join our team, we look for you to be:
- A registered Children's Nurse
- Experience at Sister/Charge Nurse level
- Confidence in managing a team
- Experience in HR matters - Appraisals, sickness, performance etc
- Excellent team player
- Have a desire to develop both professionally and personally
