A forward thinking and dynamic food manufacturing company are now looking to recruit a Packhouse Assistant Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
Your new role
Under the direction of the Shift Production Manager, the Packhouse Assistant Manager will organise & manage the activities of the Packing team to ensure; pack rates are achieved, minimum wastage, optimum productivity, effective resource management, training of staff and completing daily reports; whilst working closely to all company policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role of Packhouse Assistant Manager the ideal candidate will have a Third level education in a food related discipline and at least 1 years' experience in FMCG / food based environments at management level in a similar role.
