This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful organisation on a temporary basis located in Oxford in a varied and demanding PA support role, it is a busy and demanding role but has huge depth and variety and covers a wide spectrum of both PA and Administation duties.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Complete Diary management
  • Minute taking
  • Distribution of documents
  • Updating and management of databases
  • General administration duties
  • Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
  • Book travel, national and international
  • Coordination and submission of invoices
  • Office Management - looking after office supplies, and keeping check of office stationary

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of basic office administration processes is essential
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills are also essential
