The Company:

My client are looking for a PA to provide support for the Senior Director as well as providing administrative support to the rest of the team. They are a Wealth Management company based in the heart of the City and you instantly feel the buzz as soon as you walk through the door!

The Role:

  • Assisting with internal projects alongside a team
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Minute taking for monthly meetings
  • Follow up on meeting notes and actions
  • Research and assistance for projects and events when required
  • Booking all international travel arrangements, accommodation and couriers
  • Diary management for senior members of staff
  • Acting as first point of contact for all correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Liaising with staff, contractors and suppliers

The Person:

  • Ability to multi-task on a number of projects
  • Previous experience on assisting with events is desired
  • The ability to work well under pressure and use your own initiative
  • Reliable, confident, willing and determined
  • The ability to build and maintain working relationships both internally and externally
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Extremely organised and proactive
  • Able to problem solve
  • Intermediate to advanced use of PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to prioritise your own workload and work to deadlines in a time sensitive environment
