The Role:

My client had a bespoke business model idea that fell within a niche market. That idea quickly became a reality and he now has 4 offices based both nationally and internationally. The business has grown rapidly and shows no signs of slowing down. Due to the organisations physical expansion my client is keen to employ a Personal Assistant that can support him in his everyday organisation.

The MD is based in the head office in Moorgate, however the he is happy to facilitate remote working for the right person!

Responsibilities include:

  • Booking travel and accommodation including international trips
  • Ascertaining the appropriate visa's to travel
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Full diary management
  • Reviewing and responding to emails
  • ADHOC duties


  • To have previously been a PA
  • To be a good communicator
  • Good literacy and grammar skills are key
  • Computer literate
