We are recruiting for a PA in the Wolverhampton area. Our Client is a well-established Company.

As a PA you will need to have/be:

  • PA experience
  • Strong administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint


  • Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-6.00pm
  • Location: NW London

Role of a PA:

  • Working for the Managing Director and supporting several managers
  • Diary and email management
  • Minute taking
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Updating databases and documents
  • Booking hotels and travel arrangements
  • Ordering office stationary
  • Creating presentations
  • Dealing with HR including contracts, starter letters, employee files
  • Assisting with audits, ensuring compliance
  • Answering calls, taking messages
