Working within the office of the CEO, reporting to the Executive PA, we’re looking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant to work closely with the Executive PA to deliver outstanding support in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
This critical role supports the Executive PA in the operation of the office of the CEO and Chairman of WWF-UK, acting with pace, responding to rapidly changing circumstances, and providing the highest standard of administrative and personal assistance to the team and key stakeholders. Exercising good judgement, you will be diplomatic and uphold confidentiality, engaging with colleagues across departments and the wider WWF global network through forging strong effective relationships.
You will be an accomplished PA with a demonstrable track record supporting at Director level. You will have considerable experience in administering a high volume of meetings and travel arrangements in typically complex and time-pressured schedules with the ability to build alliances and relationships to achieve results. You will be a resilient character who enjoys multi-tasking and keeping ahead of the game. Your attention to detail will be exceptional, with outstanding organisational skills as well as written and verbal communication. In an organisation that believes in electronic first, you will be highly IT literate, including Microsoft packages for word processing, data management, presentations, intranets, financial systems software and e-mail management.
