A truly amazing opportunity has presented itself within a leading private equity firm based in beautiful offices near to Victoria who are looking for a fantastic PA.
The majority of your time will be focussed on supporting the Managing Director, as well as providing some support to their team of six professionals. The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following; extensive diary and inbox management, arranging complex and regular international travel and managing the team's expense tracking and reporting.
The successful candidate will be resourceful and flexible within the role as is it also likely to include organising and carrying out events and ad-hoc projects. They will also have exceptional communication skills, be a team player and have a great attention to detail.

The hours are 9-5.30pm
