We have just taken on 2 maternity cover contracts working within leading private equity firms based in Mayfair. They are paying up to 44k depending on experience and are looking for someone to start at the beginning of March.
The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Full diary management
- Co-ordinating travel itineraries
- Completing and reconciling expenses
- Maintaining filing
- Collating, distributing and filing monthly board papers
- Minor personal work
- Working collaboratively with the existing admin team on filing, archiving, photocopying, binding etc
The successful candidates will be flexible and be able to adapt according to the needs of the company. They will be team oriented whilst being proactive and resourceful with a professional approach always.
