Our client, a well established, successful and growing firm of Financial Consultants is looking for an experienced PA to offer organisational support to the Directors of the business. The role would consist of:-

  • Maintaining diaries, booking appointments and meetings
  • Organising the Consultants ahead of appointments and meetings
  • Checking emails in the absence of the consultants and offering assistance to clients and providers
  • Liaising with the Directors and assisting with their business affairs
  • Taking calls, dealing with urgent matters
  • Managing the office, working closely with administrators and technical support staff

Applicants should possess the following skills and attributes:-

  • Experience of working as a PA/Secretary, ideally within a profession (financial services experience is an advantage but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • First class use of MS Office
  • Excellent telephone manner/strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work within a demanding business
  • Initiative and able to prioritise tasks
  • Well spoken, well presented
