The Opportunity

Excellent opportunity for an experienced PA for a well known company in Cardiff with a competitive hourly rate on a temporary basis. The role will be a 3 month minimum contract with potential for an extended position. If you are immediately available please get in contact.

The Role

  • Administration tasks required
  • Report to the COO who looks after all Customer Service
  • Arrange internal and external meetings
  • Provide high quality of service to internal customers
  • Carry out background research on companies or personnel

Skills / Experience

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Have experience with Outlook as a diary, task meeting and time management tools
  • Knowledge of Data management is desirable
  • Work on own initiative
