Executive PA - SW London (with European Travel) - up to £42k

We’re working with a Prime London and International Property Company who specialise in the refurbishment, restoration and management of high value properties across SW London.

Their MD, who serves clients in the UK and across Europe, now requires an Executive Personal Assistant (PA) as follows:

  • Able to work from an SW London office, remotely and occasionally on trips across Europe (relating to clients/projects)
  • Multilingual (English, Russian and EITHER basic French OR Spanish)
  • Immaculately presented with the ability to communicate with high level executives in a variety of professional settings
  • Service minded, efficient and extremely well organised
  • Outstanding IT skills combined with extensive office/admin and PA experience
  • Well-travelled with a good understanding of current affairs and a genuine interest in Property

Salary for the successful PA will start at up to £42k depending on experience and language skills with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
