One of the leading logistics firms within the Northwest is actively recruiting for a PA to join the business on a maternity cover contract over an initial 12 month period. The role will be working for the VP of the organisation and will offer Hybrid working!
£30'000 per annum
Heywood - Hybrid working - 3 days office/2 days home
12 months maternity cover
Monday to Friday
Immediate start date and one stage interview with the VP of the business.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing support to the Board of Directors
* Managing Director's calendars and arranging meetings
* Travel and accommodation arrangements
* Taking minutes in meetings
* Formatting information for internal and external communications such as memos, presentations and reports
* Screening calls for the Director
* General admin duties
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role is preferable
* Excellent MS Office knowledge and skills, including outlook/e-calendars
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently without guidance
