SF Group are currently recruiting for a role based in Grantham for a well known ever growing business who require a PA. You will assist the Managing Director and be the main point of contact for any correspondence. This role is permanent and the salary is flexible dependent on experience.
- Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation
- Organise events and conferences
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implement and maintain procedures and administrative systems
- Plan and manage Regatta events
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience of working within a PA/Senior Administrator role within the Financial Services sector would be an advantage
- Availability to travel
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Flexible and adaptable
- Proactive and able to use own initiative
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
