I am seeking an experienced and enthusiastic PA to join there busy department. This is a one years fixed term contract that will commence at the end of February.
- Coordinate and maintain the diaries of the Management Team including organisation of all appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Provide high quality administrative support to the Management Team.
- Liaising with board Members
- Diary management and accurately taking notes and minutes
- Administration and clerical duties as required for the Management Team
- Processing expenses and keeping track of budgets
You must have proven experience in a senior administrative/PA level, then would be keen to hear from you immediately.
