This is an extremely high level PA role for a dynamic and confident PA with proven experience managing and tracking multimillion pound budgets. You must be highly technical and analytical with impeccable attention to detail.
This is a really nice role to take ownership and responsibility. Along with typical PA duties, you will be expected to upload content to the company’s website, attend team meetings and produce regular reports and updates for the Senior Director. Ideally, you will have a keen interest in Marketing and will take pride in being efficient and highly organised. High levels of MS Office, with particular focus on Excel, are essential.
As the PA to a Senior Director, you will be managing their diary and anticipating their needs in readiness for the day’s tasks.
