Joining the team as PA to the Marketing Leadership team you will be accountable for supporting the senior leaders in the Marketing & Customer Experience division. Working closely with the PA to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will coordinate diaries, provide administrational support and liaise with key contacts and suppliers.
This role provides the perfect opportunity to work with senior experienced colleagues and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business. It will also provide an overview of all areas of Marketing & Customer Experience and an understanding of their objectives, priorities and deliverables.
You will be joining the team at a time when we are embarking on a journey of significant change for our brands and in how we communicate with customers, and therefore it’s an exciting and busy time to join us.
This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover.
What you will be doing
As PA to the Marketing Leadership team you will play a key role in supporting the Chief Marketing Officer’s senior leadership team to ensure the function works efficiently, with processes in place to achieve great results. The division is working to a strict and challenging five year plan and so it’s key that the whole team are empowered and sufficiently resourced to deliver.
In this role you will act as a champion for communication and customer service excellence. This means acting as a point of contact for the business and a conduit into the Marketing & Customer Experience senior team. You will reporting into the Brand Director and provide administrative support and managing their diary. You will also provide diary and administrative support for the CRM & Customer Experience Director. As required, you will also schedule meetings and arrange logistics for the General Manager of Digital Marketing and the OneBrand Business Lead.
Taking calls for the team, arranging planning meetings and writing minutes will also form part of your role. It will also include preparing reports and compiling presentations with guidance from senior colleagues. Your work load will be varied and you will be expected to flex your time to manage a range of priorities with different deadlines.
What we are looking for
- Relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or other secretarial/administrative experience involving support at senior management level
- Excellent organisation and diary management skills along with the ability to confidently prioritise tasks in a timely manner but remain flexible to manage last minute changes
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- Resilient and adaptable to change and enjoys a fast moving business environment
- Ability to take ownership and resolve problems
- A flexible attitude to working hours – sometimes evening support if required
- Ability to prioritise effectively, work under pressure and support team in meeting deadlines
