An organised, efficient part-time PA is required to support the management team of a well established, successful Financial Advisory business. Really good atmosphere within the office, so personality and team fit is very important. Whilst the role focuses on supporting the Director and Office Manager, this really is a team effort, so lots of variety involved. Flexibility on the hours, must be in the office 5 days a week, ideally 10am - 3pm, but can work around that to a degree.
The Company: Our client is a renowned private investment and wealth management business that is committed to providing a high level of customer service as well as incredible support to their employees. They have grown to 12 staff and have a fantastic atmosphere in the office, so team fit is really important.
The Role: This role comprises of a few different elements. In supporting the Director, you will be taking charge of diary and meeting management as well as scanning / filing a variety of documents. In terms of support to the overall business, you will be responsible for office holiday coordination, IT licensing/liaison, stationery, payroll and control of their compliance documents.
The team there will rely on you to circulate the Director’s movements and meeting requirements and dealing with calls to the Director’s phone when he is not in the office. There will also be a wide range of ad hoc tasks as directed by both the Director and Office Manager as well as the Financial Planning team in general, so no two days will be the same. There are also some 'seasonal’ requirements such as organising corporate Christmas gifts for clients and end of tax year mail-shots.
Skills / Experience Required: You should have solid PA / Personal Assistant experience, be organised, efficient and a genuine team player. You do not need any experience within the Financial Services world but should be professional and committed to work 5 days per week on those part-time hours - approx. 22½ - 25 hours per week.
Additional Information: The salary for this role is c.£25,000 pro rata and in addition there is 25 days holiday again pro rata, DIS and Income Protection.
