Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of one of our prestige clients in the property/estate agency industry based near Kirkstall Road, Leeds, this is a full time temporary to permanent position, initially remote working but does want the person to work from the office with the team
The candidate must have fantastic organisation skills, be confident and self-motivated as this is initially a work from home position. The candidate will need to be proactive when it comes to education and self-learning as training will be available internally. The candidate is expected to actively seek to improve their own skills and mindset throughout their employment.

The candidate will be assigned various administrative tasks daily, such as entering data into a CRM system used for buying and selling residential property in the UK. The candidate will be asked to improve systems where applicable and may need to write up procedures for new agents and clients to follow.
This position is client facing and will require a friendly personality who can both show empathy and support where needed but also be strong enough to encourage (or even demand) action when needed with our sales progression efforts.
Organise viewings (if/when conducted by clients) and conduct consistent follow ups with buyers.
Feedback outcomes to the client and process offers where appropriate.
The candidate must be proficient with the use of both, social and digital media. They will consistently post company content online and be asked to create content on occasion.
The candidate must have a working knowledge of the residential conveyancing process so that they can effectively manage a team of sales consultants, booking in surveys where needed and contacting solicitors
This role will develop over time as the team grows and the candidate will be asked to manage multiple consultants out in the field. As the role develops, there will be scope for career development as this candidate will be moulded into the position of Office Manager longer term. Additional admin staff may be brought in to work under this position as required and where financial growth allows.
