Adecco in Bolton are looking to recruit a PA to Director to work on a 3 month interim basis, working full time Monday to Friday. The suitable candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent keyboard skills.

Key requirement: responsible for co-ordinating and administering a range of Committees, including preparation of agendas, writing formal minutes to a high level of accuracy and maintaining robust records

*To provide high quality secretarial and administrative support
*Office duties including: Diary management; Handling enquiries; co-ordinating training events; typing letters and reports; photocopying; filing; handling post
*Excellent word processing skills - experience of Microsoft office packages, e.g. excel, powerpoint
