PA to Director

Nationally recognised organisation looking to recruit an experienced PA to Director to join their team across the East Anglia region.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing high level PA support to a divisional Director which will allow them to perform their role with the best efficiency due to the receipt of excellent PA support. Your day to day responsibilities will include; collating KPIs and running reports, formatting and editing letters, diary management, planning and organising meetings, minute taking, support on HR issues, booking travel and accommodation, managing expenses, delivery of team communication, inbox management, annual leave management for the Directors and management team as well as ad hoc projects as and when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have previous experience in a PA to Director level role being able to demonstrate and ability to provide high level comprehensive PA support in a busy, fast paced environment. You should be motivated to deliver exceptional results and be able to demonstrate examples of going the extra mile from previous roles. You must be proactive, professional, well-spoken and driven. You need to be an excellent communicator with a meticulous attention to detail.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a competitive salary of up to £34,000 DOE to work on a full time basis. Due to the nature of this client and because you are supporting a Regional Director who will be travelling around the East Anglia Region you will be based from home a few days a week and will then need to travel to other sites/base locations in the area. All travel/mileage will be expensed and will be organised by yourself in conjunction with the Director when you are organising/managing their diary. Full time flexi hours are offered alongside 33 days holiday (including bank holiday).
