PA to Director - Local Authority - £11.76ph
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to work for a local authority, based in southern Hertfordshire.
This is role will be demanding but rewarding, with the potential to convert to a permanent contract.
The main aspect of the role is to provide comprehensive PA support to the Director and senior stakeholders - both internal and external. This will include extensive diary and inbox management, preparing and typing up in-depth reports and documents, proof-reading, managing correspondence and extensive liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate:
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and judgement
- Ability to work to tight deadlines/under pressure and a strong eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Numeracy skills using excel
