The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust invites applications to fill the post of Personal Assistant to the Director of Finance. This is a rewarding role with a fast pace of changing priorities which requires someone with proven experience as a PA within a large organisation.
The role is varied, including support for senior committees, preparation of Board papers, minute-taking and complex diary management.
Excellent organisational skills are essential for this role as well as exceptional communication, initiative, motivation and drive.
In addition, the successful candidate will have a flexible and adaptable approach with excellent multitasking abilities as working with a diverse range of issues and individuals occur on a daily basis. The postholder will also ensure confidentiality, diplomacy and sensitivity to the highest standards at all times.
The post will be based at Trust Headquarters, St James’s University Hospital.
