PA to Deputy Company Secretary & CEO Canada & CE/Group Head of Corporate Development

Following the recent change in name from Wolseley plc to Ferguson plc, the business has just relocated its Group Services team to new premises at Winnersh Triangle in Berkshire.

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic PA who can provide high level support to the Group Deputy Company Secretary and CEO Canada and Central Europe/Group Head of Corporate Development together with their respective teams.

Responsibilities will include comprehensive diary management, reconciling team expenses for both teams, scheduling internal and external meetings with various parties, primarily internal senior management and external providers. Coordinating travel for business trips, creating and updating the Company Secretariat Corporate Calendar and year planner, administering the Company Secretariat department’s budget and invoice process will provide a diverse and interesting workload.

Supporting key Company Secretariat processes and projects throughout the year will be fundamental to your role including administering the Permissions to Deal process, production and filing of subsidiary companies’ Annual Confirmation Statements, assisting and preparing for subsidiary company meetings, and supporting colleagues with the organisation of the AGM will be a highlight in your calendar.
