Your new role
Working as a PA to the COO you will be working within a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting manager and staff across the team.
In particular the post holder will provide a high level, professional and confidential Personal Assistant service to the COO, covering all aspects of secretarial, administrative and organisational support.
As part of a fast paced and often changing environment you will be responsible for the management of the COO's diary, ensuring that their time is used as effectively as possible by scheduling meetings, events and travel appropriately whilst also rearranging meetings and events at short notice.
Acting as first point of contact it will be essential that you have strong communication skills to deal with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience of supporting an individual at board level
As well as the above it is essential that you have experience with:
- Booking meetings
- Booking and coordinating travel
- Creating and distributing agendas for meetings
- Minute taking
- Supporting in the creation of presentation
