The role working at an executive level working for the Company Secretary and Group FD carrying out the following duties:
- Diary Management - Arranging meetings/appointments both internal and external
- Preparing Board Packs
- Preparing and Distributing Minutes
- Booking Travel and Accomodation
- Organising Company Functions
- General Administration
- Taking Calls and Queries
- Record Management
It is essential that you have worked as a PA at an executive/board level and have the following:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to manage workload
- Team Player
