Our busy client a leading housing association in London are looking to recruit immediately an experienced PA to join this young, fun, company to work the hours of Monday to Friday 08.30 - 5.30pm.
This is a fantastic role for someone that wants to work for a company that is expanding rapidly.
Your role will include:
First point of contact for correspondence and calls
Arranging functions and events
Organising and booking travel
Booking staff holidays
10% of this role is to support some personal duties for the Chief Executive
You must have:
Good adminstration and organisational skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
IT literate good use of MS packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Professional telephone manner
