Looking for a PA to Chief Commercial Officer in Central London for a period of 3 months

Your new role
You will join the Business Support Team on an ongoing basis to assist the Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director with email responses; telephone calls; diary management; travel and accommodation arrangements; meeting/event preparation and provide reception cover when needed in addition to supporting other senior management members in absence of their own PA. Due to the importance of the job, the ideal candidate will have history of dealing with sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be professional, friendly, flexible and organised. You will have previous experience in a similar position with senior management and be able to provide a consistent, high quality service. The ideal candidate will have central government experience. You will have strong written and verbal communication, as well as being able to prioritise and multi-task. You will have good knowledge and experience of using Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with excellent attention to detail and key listening skills.
