PA to Chairman and Directors

Part of the role also includes supporting the Chairman of the company on a 1:1 with personal lifestyle management which may include processing expenses and other ad hoc duties.

Majority of the role will be supporting the sales team with general administrative duties, putting together documents and providing alternative meeting support. You will also be responsible for assisting the Marketing Director with minute taking, mail mergers and organising marketing material. The role also includes some events management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Organising and extensively managing diaries
-Providing meeting support: taking minutes, agenda preparation and creating presentations
-Creating mail mergers
-Organising and managing events
-General administrative duties

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have previously supported at Board level or have worked closely with the owner of a business. They will be technically savvy, pay close attention to detail and hold their work to a high standard.
