Temporary PA/Executive Assistant required for York based company.
Your new company
Hays Office Support are currently recruiting for an experienced executive level PA/EA to support the CEO of a successful establishment based in the outskirts of York.
Your new role
Within this role you will be managing diaries, organising meetings and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. You will act as first point of contact for correspondence and phone calls and book travel, transport and accommodation as required. You will take accurate minutes in meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be an experienced PA/EA with previous experience gained within a similar role. You will be confident working on a standalone basis in a demanding fast paced environment. You will have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and have a good typing speed. Experience of audio typing would be beneficial.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be paid a competitive rate on a weekly basis, you will be employed for approximately 6-8 weeks. The company offer free onsite parking.
