You will be the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls, taking messaged and gatekeeping. You will manage diaries, collate expenses, coordinated meetings, arrange travel, accommodation, events and conferences. You will take minutes, type and distribute correspondence. You will also be involved in preparing reports and presentations. General administrative tasks, maintaining records and the databases and supporting the management team.
The successful candidate will need to be a clear, confident and polite communicator with the ability to deal with confidential information.
This is a very diverse role so previous EA/PA experience is essential.
