Role: PA/Secretary

Salary: £25,000

Location: Derby

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

Benefits: 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays plus other benefits

Core duties:

* diary management
* managing appointments and meetings
* organising travel
* processing fees
* typing reports, newsletters and pitches
* research work of potential clients
* manage the conference calling systems, web research tool access and passwords
* organising small scale events

* highly skilled in report typing (graphs, charts, tables), Word and Powerpoint, web research tools and database management
