This is a permanent position and this key role is full time, my client offers a very competitive salary depending on experience.
The main duties and objectives of this role are:
*To assist in the achievement of business objectives by providing a professional support as Personal Assistant to Board Directors and senior management of the client.
*To assist Group Admin Manager and Chairman's PA as required.
*Effective Diary Management.
*Effective handling of correspondence (internal and external), by organising and prioritising and dealing directly with correspondence where appropriate or in the absence of allocated staff.
*Arranging meetings including preparation of all associated documents, agreeing timelines.
*Dealing with telephone calls and enquiries.
*Accurate production of documentation following the Company's Corporate Style.
*Taking Minutes of meetings.
*Record Management - file both electronic and hard copy documents.
*To be fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications and any other software packages the company utilise.
*To organise and provide assistance with various corporate functions.
*To organise internal company days for Board Directors as required.
*Ensure high standards of efficiency and service are provided by constantly reviewing working methods/office procedures.
*Assist with project work.
