Salary - circa £25-27,000

We are searching for a lively, professional and hardworking PA or Office Manager to combine these 2 roles within a highly successful, fast-paced city centre firm. This role is a one-off opportunity, working at a vibrant company who pride themselves for their sociable atmosphere and great benefits. You will have excellent organisational skills and experience in a similar role, supporting a busy and prominent individual and liaising with clients.

Your role will be varied and exciting, involving client facing duties. Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Diary management for the MD - organising internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation and processing expenses
  • Coordinating client events on a monthly basis - sourcing venues and organising logistics on the day; as well as hosting duties
  • Assisting with upkeep of social media marketing
  • On boarding new staff and contractors and conducting any relevant documentation and record checks - this involves working to tight delaines
  • Conducting an assessment of the current office systems and making business improvements where necessary
  • Organising ad hoc office requirements and supporting the office through answering calls and acting as a key point of contact; being a professional and friendly representation of the business at all times

To succeed in this brilliant Office Manager / PA role based in Leeds, you must have previous experience in a similar role, and show evidence of the following on your CV:

  • A proactive, friendly and confident approach to both your colleagues and clients
  • Supremely organised and able to pre-empt business requirements to economize on time
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for numbers, as the role will involve various financial elements
  • The ability to "hit the ground running" - immediately identifying areas for improvement and prepared to suggest ways to do so
  • At least 5 years' experience working in either a PA or office management role, looking for a new and exciting challenge
  • A strong working grasp of the Microsoft Office Suite
