PA / Office Manager up to £45,000
Scope of the Role:
The role is to assist the Director and manage all office operations, equipment etc. and assist the operations team where needed.
Job Description
This full-time position as Office Manager and Executive Assistant, will involve assisting the Director and managing the following:
- Greeting clients and setting up all IT and tea etc. for all main meetings in the boardroom
- Diary and Meetings Management and support
- Office equipment, suppliers and IT Management
- Helping with Marketing initiatives
- Dealing with Office Insurances
- Ensuring staff HR benefits & records are up to date
- Liaising with the Accounts department and Compliance
- Define and maintain office Systems/procedures
- Stationery and Branded materials stock upkeep
- Website updates and liaising with our website designers
- Organise and monitor staff training
- Other ad hoc tasks
