PA / Office Manager with minimum 2 years' experience working in an administrative role is needed by our client, a fast-growing luxury yacht brokerage, to be based in London.

Their team of brokers travel to yacht shows worldwide, equipping them with superior knowledge of yachts on the market.

They work with an established network of yacht owners and yacht seekers.

On a mission to bring back the old-world yachting values of passion and flair, they are now looking for a skilled new member to join their team.

The Role
As the PA / Office Manager to the Founder, you will act as their front of house.

You will find yourself busy with any of the following: greeting guests, offering drinks, preparing & clearing meeting rooms, liaising with clients and client representatives, purchasing refreshments, answering the phone, typing up minutes, taking trips to the post office, collecting post and organising couriers, checking stock and ordering office/kitchen supplies if needed organising services (cleaning, building maintenance, facilities etc.), managing insurances and security, raising invoices, planning team social events, sorting out client gifts, organising, team transport, manage company archiving, collecting VAT receipts, coordinating meetings & site visits, and managing office budgets and booking contracts.

On the PA side of your role, you will be managing their founder's diary, emails & contact list, managing travel itineraries, booking flights, taxis, accommodation, work & private events, managing event invitations, and overseeing expenses & mileage.

Minimum 2 years' experience working in an administrative role
Highly proficient in multitasking and prioritising workload
Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels (in person & over the phone)
Aptitude for problem solving and decision making
Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
Strong negotiation skills to secure the best value for their company
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Experience team-worker
Attentive to detail

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
