We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA & Office Manager to join a growing advertising agency based in the West End. In this fantastic role which is 50% PA and 50% office management, you’ll be looking after 3 lovely yet busy Managing Partners to include the CEO, Head of Creative and Head of Strategy. You’ll be doing the usual PA/EA duties: travel booking, diary management, event organising, expenses, minute taking, presentations, timesheets and some personal work to name a few.
In terms of the office management, you will oversee this whilst nurturing and growing the Office Assistant, teaching her the ropes when it comes to all things facilities and ensuring the office space is in tip top order. As time goes on, you will relinquish those responsibilities to her, so you can concentrate on looking after the Partners.
You’ll be the eyes and ears of the office, at the core of everything that’s going on with the Partners, the agency and within the office. Additionally you’ll be the go-to and all-knowing person who people in the agency turn to when they have questions or need assistance. This is a fantastic opportunity to really make this role your own and build on what is already a fantastic working culture in the agency. In addition to all of the above, in time there will be other tasks and project work to take on, so lots to keep you busy in this varied role!
