PA / Office Manager - Executive Search - Paris

Office Manager/PA

Permanent Contract, 9am to 6pm (finish at 5pm on a Friday)

£38,000 to £45,000, Paris

My client is an extremely successful and fast growing Executive Search firm with an international presence. Their Paris office is now looking for an Office Manager to join their successful team of 6. You will be the only support function for the office and be responsible for the total smooth running, and management of the 1 Directors and team of 5. Duties to include:


  • Processing timesheets and expenses for contractors
  • Processing invoices to be sent to clients
  • Reconciling inbound invoices
  • Dealing with contractor payroll queries, and transferring to central payroll team
  • Strong excel experience essential
  • Management of employee and Director expenses

Office Management

  • Ordering of all office supplies: stationery, printers, new computers etc
  • Liaising with all vendors, and building management


  • Diary and meeting management for all the team
  • Extensive international travel arrangements for consultants and Directors to meet clients
  • Ad hoc admin duties

Recruitment Administration

  • Formatting of CV's
  • Updating the database with candidate and client information
  • Audio typing of consultants notes

This is a fun and lively company and you must have a bold personality and strong communication skills. MUST be fluent in French and English.
