My client a boutique Real Estate Investment house based in Mayfair is looking for a PA to support their two founding partners with their day to day business and personal needs; from complete travel and diary management to office management, project support, presentations preparation, reporting and all general administration.
The company is due go through a rapid period of growth and the ideal person will grow with the company taking on more responsibility as the company expands, which may include an office move, so the ability to take complete ownership of projects is essential.
This role will suit an intelligent and ambitious individual who works well on their own initiative, has a proactive manner and a flexible attitude. Ideally degree educated, you will be a self-starter with a 'can do' attitude, you will have previous PA experience along the flexibility to take on more as the company grows, this a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a vibrant working environment where they can take complete ownership of their role, in return my clients offers a great work life balance of 9.00am -5.00pm
