Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney are working with a leading global publishing business. We are recruiting for a PA/International Sales Coordinator to provide PA support to the Sales and International Development Director. You will also be responsible for organising and managing resources for sales training events, large regional conferences and key meetings.
This position is a fixed term (maternity cover) contract to start as soon as possible and due to end in September 2018.
- Provide full PA support to the Director through clear diary management, travel planning and meeting arrangement
- Liaison for Sales Academy training courses delivered globally to team and to coordinate Calendar of Events and represent international offices
- Contribute to and maintain overseas office Policies and Procedures
Skills and Experiences:
- Resource management experience
- Significant PA experience (including diary management, meeting organisation and travel) and of providing administrative support to a team
- Event organisation experience (preferably in a sales environment)
- Budget management and external negotiation experience
