Our client is seeking an experienced PA to join their Oil Company in Wales. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Directors and will be heavily involved in organising diary management in an efficient manner. You may be required to act as the front of house and screen telephone calls on behalf of the Directors. You will be required to organise travel and accommodation and prepare complex travel itineraries along with visas. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in taking dictation and writing minutes on behalf of management. You will act as a mentor to the receptionist and other administration staff. You will also be required to maintain and update Agency Agreements data base and files.

It is essential for this person to promote health and safety and ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures across the office. You may also be required to identify system weaknesses and suggest new/efficient procedures to strengthen IT.
