A leading Wealth Management organisation that operate throughout the UK and internationally, has an excellent opportunity for a PA to join their London office, providing support to the CEO of the UK Investment Platform. This role is offered on a 12m FTC.

The successful candidate will provide a high level of administrative support and be the key point of contact for the CEO to the UK Investment Platform - this will involve dealing directly with a variety of contacts, at all levels, both internally and externally.

Main Duties:

·Responsible for the day to day management of the UK Investment Platform CEOs diary, to include, as required, preparation of packs for meetings and assistance with management of workload

·General Administration duties as required on behalf the CEO, including filing, archiving, scanning, e-filing, travel and expense management

·Team, including meeting arrangements and invoice submissions

·Organisation of all travel and hotel accommodation where necessary

·Ensuring all telephone calls and correspondence are followed up within the required period of time using as much pro-activity as possible

·Initiating and arranging external and internal meetings

·Participate in team and management meetings, as required, to take and produce minutes, following-up allocated actions to ensure delivery within agreed timescales

·Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a good working knowledge of the business

·Potential to support other members of the UK Executive Leadership team, workload permitting


·Previous PA experience at C suite level

·Proven experience of complex diary management, prioritisation and stakeholder management

·Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·Excellent attention to detail

·Travel and expense management

·Relevant commercial experience and understanding of business requirements

·Proven report writing and preparation of presentation skills

·5 GCSE’s or equivalent Grade C or above to include Maths and English

·Educated to A level standard or equivalent business experience
