PA and Marketing Coordinator

We are currently looking for a PA and Marketing Coordinator to support the Recruitment Operations Director and at times the General Business Director.

This role is a varied position offering the chance for the right person to truly make it their own. Tinies specialises in the recruitment of Nannies, Crèche workers and Nursery school staff

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining HR records including holidays, personal information, sending new starter contracts, gaining references and giving references
  • Managing any office changes related to IT and other related administrative duties
  • Managing all company social media platforms and promoting content; Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook etc
  • Managing marketing drives, targeting new and existing clients weekly - promoting company and offers, salary surveys, mystery shopping, mailshots etc.
  • Designing marketing materials to be used across various parts of the business
  • Booking client and company events.
  • Posting Job Adverts and responding to applicants
  • Diary Management
  • Drafting Letters and general correspondence
  • Supporting the Director with daily administration tasks, general recruitment duties and producing reports

Suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience working within a PA position supporting at senior level
  • Someone who can take control of various situations
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent Social media and marketing skills including design and creativity
  • Accurate attention to detail
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ideally someone who has worked within a recruitment or sales environment but will consider other sectors
  • Able to work as part of a team and also in a stand alone position
  • Discreet, diplomatic and able to handle sensitive information in confidence
  • Able to stay calm under pressure
  • Confident, approachable and professional approach
  • Previous experience of booking travel arrangements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships at all levels
