PA / Administrator

The opportunity:
A full time position to provide high level PA & Administrative service to two of our Senior Managers and to the wider team. This is a fantastic career opportunity for someone who wants to work for a personable and fast paced team.

Main Accountabilities:
• Manage diaries ensuring efficient use of the individual’s time
• Screen and prioritise incoming communications (which can be highly sensitive), dealing with delegated topics as appropriate
• Provide administrative support to the individuals including the production of a variety of documents, mail and presentation materials
• Manage records (inc. SAP HR,) ensuring effective and efficient filing and retrieval systems
• Processes invoices/expenses and manages local procurement as required
• Organise business events, travel & accommodation using the online eZtravel booking system
• Handle work of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
• Manage and resolve queries on behalf of the individual and get involved in the business activities of the individual by taking accountability for specific tasks
• Attend meetings as requested to take minutes and follow up actions where appropriate
• Ensure Head of team is fully prepared to attend meetings i.e. collates all necessary paperwork, ensures action points are covered etc

Your skills and experience:
• Strong administration experience with excellent organisation skills
• PA experience isn't essential but a strong administration background and you will have eagerness to learn and desire to further your career
• Excellent knowledge of PC software packages - including Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work to pressurised and changing deadlines
