An excellent opportunity has become available for a PA working for one of our prestigious and corporate clients based in Solihull

You will provide support and a PA service to Group Financial Controller, Group Chief Information Officer and Head of Treasury and their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronic diary management on Outlook
  • Attending Board, Risk Committee, Operations and MI meetings to take minutes
  • Typing up minutes
  • Distributing Agenda, minutes and action points
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Organising corporate events
  • Organising internal and external meetings
  • Producing expense claims and credit card reconciliation

Successful candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years PA experience
  • An organised approach and excellent time management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good at prioritising
  • Trust and discretion/confidentiality

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week

8.30am - 4.45pm


£ 27,000 per annum
