P/T Customer Service Officer

Our client is a well known RSL who are looking to recruit a part-time customer service officer for 15 hours per week initially until the end of March.

The main duties of the post are as follows:

-To respond to all channels of communication to provide advice and assistance in resolving queries at initial point of contact
-Record actions and outcomes on the relevant ICT systems, and manager customer records
-To undertake outbound calls and work collaboratively with all departments to deliver objectives
-Provide a professional and customer focused face to face service to all customers
-Adhere to group policy and procedures when responding to customer enquiries
-Manage customer expectations to obtain high level of satisfaction
Special skills
-Previous contact centre experience essential
-Proficient in IT skills essential
-Knowledge of housing desirable

The client is flexible as to how the 15 hours are worked.
