About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our centrally located Nottingham Head Office team.
As a vital part of our Customer Service Team, the role involves varied duties including handling incoming calls, processing and organising collection requests and using first call resolution techniques to assist our customers.
The friendly voice of Machine Mart, you will be the point of contact between our nationwide superstores, internal departments and customers.
To succeed in this role you will need an excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills, the ability to work on your own initiative to tight deadlines to ensure that our customer service standards are maintained and delivered at all times. An effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

This is a part time role and the working hours will be 8.30am - 5:00pm Monday - Tuesday.
