P/T Accounts Assistant

Our client requires a temporary P/T Book-keeper to assist with transferring information over to Quickbooks, the assignment will be for approx 2/4 weeks, however, could be extended.

Responsible for:-

> Cash books
> Invoicing
> Bank reconciliations
> Purchase and Sales ledgers
> Invoicing

You will need to have previous experience of the above and be strong on Quickbooks as they may wish you to train some staff on the basics of the system.

The role will be two mornings a week approx 8hrs.
