Overseas Account Manager

Staffline is a Recruitment Agency, with more than 450 locations, we supply in excess of 55 million hours of temporary labour each year to our diverse portfolio of more than 1,600 clients, including the major supermarket chains, food growers and manufacturers, logistics and distribution centres, customer service organisations, the care sector and welfare to work.

We require Overseas Account Manager to join our Call Centre in Market Harborough to assist in recruitment for every sector, both within the UK and from Overseas.

Key Responsibilities;
* Answer inbound calls from candidates responding to job adverts
* Make outbound calls to applicants to screen for job opportunities
* Actively search for prospective candidates by using bespoke marketing strategies
* Screen candidates against essential job criteria
* Book candidates in for interviews with Staffline On Sites using the Staffline OA (Candidate Management System) and interview schedule
* Proactive CV Searching for candidates on job board databases
* Respond to online enquiries via email
* Create and send interview schedules
* Support various campaigns as required working directly with clients
* Support Overseas workers throughout their journey

Successful candidates will be required to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (occasional weekend work may be required). The pay rate will be £8.00 - £9.00 per hour dependent on experience.
